Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  1. A flat shipping charge of ₹80 will apply to all domestic orders across India.
  2. Once an order is successfully placed, it takes approximately 3 to 4 business days for dispatch.
  3. After dispatch, delivery generally takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
  4. The estimated delivery time is therefore 7 to 10 working days in total.
  5. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details for your shipment.

International Shipping

Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on international regulations and customs processing.

The international shipping charges are as follows:

  1. Once an international order is placed, it usually takes 15 to 20 working days for dispatch.
  2. If customization is requested, please allow an additional 4 to 5 working days for processing.
  3. The estimated total delivery time is 20 to 25 working days.
  4. Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
  5. Delivery timelines may vary due to international regulations or local restrictions.

Important: Prices mentioned on our Website are inclusive of shipping charges. However, custom duties or import taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer. If import duties are not paid and the parcel is destroyed or abandoned by customs, no refund will be issued for that order.

Our international delivery partner is EMS (Express Mail Service).

Order Cancellation

  1. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing [email protected].
  • For prepaid international orders, a 5% deduction will apply to cover transaction charges.

2. If you have received the product but wish to return it, you can ship it back within 2 days of delivery and email us the courier receipt at [email protected].

  • The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
  • A 5% deduction (PayPal/transaction fees) will apply to the refund.

3. Once the returned product reaches us, a strict quality check will be conducted. Please ensure that the original packaging remains intact.

4. Refunds will only be issued for the product value (excluding shipping or customs charges).

5. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange services for international customers at this time.

6. Once an order goes into the customization process, it cannot be cancelled.

7. If customization has been selected, you may cancel the order within 48 hours of placing it.

8. For all returns, freight charges and any applicable customs duties must be borne by the customer.

9. If an incorrect shipping address or incomplete delivery details are provided, any re-shipment costs must be paid by the customer.

10. Custom duties must be cleared within 2 days after the shipment reaches your local customs office.

  • Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen events such as customs delays, local restrictions, or public holidays.
