Refund and Returns Policy

At Kalapushpi, we believe in delivering handcrafted elegance with complete customer satisfaction. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have designed a customer-friendly 2-day return and 10-day exchange policy.

Return Request Process

All return requests must be raised only through the following link:

No return requests will be accepted via email, social media chats, or phone calls.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped.

You can log in to your account and select the “Cancel Order” option against the order number.

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Policy (Domestic Orders)

If your order arrives in damaged or tampered packaging, please do not accept the delivery.

Refuse the parcel and contact us immediately at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID.

We will dispatch a brand-new replacement at no additional cost.

If you wish to return a product you did not like, please log in to your Kalapushpi account and raise a Return Request within 2 days of delivery.

We will arrange a pickup from your doorstep for your convenience.

Important Guidelines:

  1. Returns will not be accepted via email, WhatsApp, or social media messages.
  2. If the return shipment is not sent within 48 hours of raising a request, no refund will be made — a store credit will be issued instead.
  3. When handing over the return parcel to the courier partner, please collect a receipt or acknowledgment (digital or paper). This is mandatory for lost shipment claims.
  4. Refunds are processed within 4–7 working days after the returned item reaches our warehouse in Surat.

Products Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items showing physical damage post-delivery
  • Sarees with fall and edging done
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Return or exchange requests raised after 48 hours of receiving the shipment

Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders)

You may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your product.

Steps to follow:

  1. Log in to your account or create a new one using the same email ID used for your purchase.
  2. Select the Exchange Option, and we will arrange for pickup from your doorstep.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement within 5–7 working days.

Please Note:

  • Exchange is not possible for sarees with fall/edging or for customized items.
  • If you exchange for a higher-priced product, you will receive a coupon code for the returned amount and can pay the difference on your next order.
  • If you exchange for a lower-priced product, the difference will be issued as store credit.
  • Exchange or return of an already exchanged item is not permitted.
  • No discount or promotion can be applied on exchange orders.

Store Credit Policy

  1. Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  2. Store Credit must be used in one transaction only.
  3. Apply your Store Credit code during checkout to redeem it.
  4. Once opted for Store Credit, refunds cannot be claimed for that order.

International Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only.
  • For orders over $100, we offer Free Worldwide Shipping.
  • For orders below $100, a $20 shipping charge applies.

Processing Time:

  • Standard orders: 15–20 working days for dispatch.
  • Customized orders: Add 4–5 working days extra for processing.
  • Estimated delivery: 20–25 working days total.

International Return Policy

  1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded with a 5% deduction (PayPal transaction fee).
  2. If you wish to return a product you don’t like, it must be shipped back within 2 days of delivery. Email your courier receipt to [email protected].
  3. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, and 5% of the PayPal fee will be deducted from the refund.
  4. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  5. Refunds apply only to the product cost, excluding shipping or customs charges.
  6. No exchange is available for international customers.
  7. Customized items cannot be cancelled once the process has started.
  8. Returns must be accompanied by proof of shipment; all custom duties are the customer’s responsibility.
  9. Unboxing videos (full seal-packed) are mandatory for any claim of broken or missing jewelry items.
  10. If import duty is unpaid and the shipment is destroyed or abandoned by customs, no refund will be issued.
  11. Incorrect address changes after dispatch will incur additional re-shipping charges.
  12. Customs duties must be paid within 2 days of shipment arrival.

Kalapushpi Studio Purchases

All Kalapushpi Studio products undergo strict quality checks before delivery.

Therefore, returns are not accepted, and only exchanges within 5 days are allowed for in-store purchases.

Note: Any customization (such as pico fall, blouse stitching, or lehenga tailoring) done in the studio cannot be exchanged or returned.
